Spyderco Paramilitary-2 G10 Black

Spyderco’s commitment to Constant Quality Improvement (C.Q.I.) is driven by the belief that even if something works well, there’s always room for enhancement. This philosophy is evident in the evolution of the Spyderco Paramilitary-2 G10 Black knife, where several refinements have been made to improve its performance and user experience.

One notable improvement is the narrowing of the G-10 handle at the end, which enhances ergonomics. Additionally, both the handle and blade have been profiled thinner, eliminating uncomfortable angles in the closed position. The incorporation of a Compression Lock and a versatile four-way clip ensures ambidextrous-friendly carry options, while also allowing for deeper pocket placement.

Spyderco has maintained the high-performance CPM S30V full flat-ground blade of the classic version but has extended the blade’s tip and added extra surface jimping to enhance grip. The introduction of a new Bushing Pivot System contributes to smoother action and more consistent manufacturing tolerances.

Furthermore, subtle refinements in construction contribute to an overall sharper and smoother product, ensuring both performance and user comfort. Despite these enhancements, the knife is still crafted in Golden, Colorado, USA, maintaining its quality standards.
