Prepare all surfaces well before equal parts of each component (A+B) are thoroughly mixed together. The addition of an artists oil paint can be used to pigment the Epoxy glue if required. Trials should be carried out in advance, to ensure the addition of the paint does not adversely affect the material during setting or once set.

Once mixed, clean dry media (sand, saw dust, grit, etc) can be added either into the mix or sprinkled over the top to add effects, texture etc. Again trials are advised to ensure suitability.

Keep the material out of reach of children.

Directions

Remove the cap and break the seal on each tube.

  1. Squeeze out 50% of the required amount of Epoxy part A, onto a plastic tray or board
  2. next to the part A on the board, squeeze out the other 50% of part B
  3. Thoroughly mix A+B together with a spatula or similar – Our wooden plant labels are great for this
  4. Add in an artist oil colour if required.
  5. Apply the glue to the part to be bonded and put in place

Safe Handling

  • Wear protective gloves [e.g., nitrile or equivalent] when combining parts A and B.
  • Wear a dust mask and safety glasses when sanding cured product.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Safe for adults when used as directed.
  • 24 hour full cure is required for hard finishing purposes such as sanding, carving, drilling, machining, etc.
  • Keep tubes sealed when not in use.

WARNING – May cause an allergic skin reaction and eye irritation.

Working Time – A Guide

  • 4 minutes: Sticky & most adhesive
  • 24 hours: Hard, cured & waterproof
