Vintage Puma Mariner Fishing Knife No.6363 Date Stamp 81173 (Q3. 1971) with Leather Sheath

The blade is stainless steel drop forged and hand finished to Puma’s exacting standards. The blade is 15cm with an overall length of 27.5cm. The front of the hunting blade is etched: 6392 Puma – Mariner Knife – NEW STAINLESS SUPER KEEN CUTTING STEEL – SOLINGEN GERMANY The knife has the genuine “Puma Proof Mark” on the blade: a small dot or ping on each blade was made with a diamond pointed needle, part of the Rockwell blade quality testing.

The positive finger guard is made doubly secure with the slip resistant solid rubber Red handle, making the knife comfortable to work with.

The hole at the end of the handle is ideal for fixing a lanyard to and the knife comes with its original Leather sheath. The sheath is fitted with a riveted belt loop stamped ‘Made In Germany’ and the Puma logo on the front.

This is a Pre-owned knife and shows signs of use and sharpening.

This would make an ideal addition to the fishing kit.
