The laminated, VG10 steel blade on the model F2 is ground in such a way to make it incredibly durable with a Hardness of 59HRC making an incredibly versatile knife. The short broad tang, fairly slender blade works well for filleting, cutting and cleaning fish.
The short blade also makes the knife a favourite in the kitchen. It cuts quickly and precisely.
F2, F3 and F4 are a concept of high-quality knives intended for opening, butchering and cleaning fish. They are based on the well shaped, secure F handle, and to that have developed three blade shapes, each adapted to its special purpose.
